Privacy policy

Who we are

Pibrain is run by Wrapster Foods (S) Pte Ltd (UEN 201111576H), Singapore. Pibrain gives restaurants their digital front-of-house — website, bookings, ordering, gift cards, loyalty and more — in one login. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and your choices. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

People who use Pibrain (restaurant owners and teams)

• Your account: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed) — nobody at Pibrain can read them.
• If you use “Continue with Google”: your name and email address from Google. We never see your Google password.
• Your business: business and outlet details, your team and their roles, and a record of important actions (for example invitations, role and module changes).

Restaurant guests

When a guest books, orders, buys a gift card, chats with a restaurant's chatbot, joins its rewards programme or is added by the restaurant, their details (such as name, phone, email, bookings, orders, gift cards, loyalty visits and marketing consent) are kept for that restaurant. The restaurant decides how they are used; Pibrain processes them on the restaurant's behalf and never sells them or uses them for its own marketing. Marketing consent is recorded with its date and source. To see, correct or delete your details, contact the restaurant — or us, and we'll pass it on.

Visitors to Pibrain and restaurant websites

• Page counts without cookies: restaurant websites on Pibrain count how many times each page was viewed each day. We store only the website, the day, the page and a number — no IP address, no cookie, nothing about you.
• Book a demo (pibrain.io): if you ask for a demo, we keep the details you give (name, restaurant, email, phone and message) to contact you about Pibrain, and send you news only if you tick that box.
• Technical logs our hosting providers keep to run and secure the service, such as IP addresses and error reports. Limits on repeated tries use a daily-changing scrambled form of the IP address.

Why we use it

• To run Pibrain for restaurants and their teams, and to keep your account secure.
• To send emails you need: confirmations, password resets, invitations, booking and order messages, gift cards and loyalty cards.
• To answer demo requests.
• To keep Pibrain safe, prevent misuse and fix problems.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't send marketing messages without consent.

AI

Some features use Anthropic's Claude AI to draft text (website words, chatbot answers, social posts, review replies and weekly insights). Only the information needed for each draft is sent, and restaurants approve what is published.

Cookies

We only use cookies Pibrain needs to work: one to keep you logged in, and one to remember which outlet you last looked at. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Where data is kept, and who helps us

Pibrain's data is stored in Singapore. We use these service providers:

• Supabase — our database and login system (Singapore).
• Vercel — hosts Pibrain and the restaurant websites (Singapore).
• Resend — sends our emails; email addresses pass through their servers, which may be outside Singapore.
• Anthropic — the AI drafting described above.
• Stripe — card payments, made to each restaurant's own Stripe account.
• Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google”.

They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while the account is active, and guest data for as long as the restaurant needs it. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep a record for security or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@pibrain.io. We'll reply within 30 days.
